Equipment Use Contract (Microsoft Word Doc)
Before you can reserve Fire Escape equipment, you MUST have read and filled out a hard copy of this contract. You can turn the signed contract in to any Committee member (though the Director of Finances is preferred), or at any Fire Escape meeting.
